SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is packed, we hand it off to our trusted carriers, DHL and UPS, who handle the delivery. Orders are processed within 2 business days, with shipments occurring only on weekdays (no weekends or holidays).

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout and may include customs or import duties charged by your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Exact delivery times vary by location, and delays due to customs are beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY
At Carpatte Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident in the quality of our products, but if you’re not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions.
Requesting a Return
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Please email us at info@carpattegarden.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued

A copy of your order receipt must be included in the return package

Personalized, custom, or perishable items are not eligible for return
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If the item is defective or we made an error, we’ll issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.

In all other cases, you will receive a refund minus original shipping costs. If your order included free shipping, our actual shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Ensure your return authorization number (RMA) is clearly visible on the outside of the package. Shipments without an RMA will not be accepted.

If you prefer, you can pay via traditional bank transfer. After placing your order, the bank details will be sent to your email. Please include your order number as the payment reference. Payments via bank transfer are free, but orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
